Swiss Premium Cosmetics AG has developed a luxury skincare range that combines highly effective care products with strict values. All the items are manufactured according to the “elline” purity requirements and the highest Swiss quality standards. By carefully selecting precious, tried and tested essences, such as Swiss glacier water and Edelweiss extract, as well as innovative ingredients, uncompromising purity has been blended with proven effectiveness to provide a discerning target audience with highly effective formulas that produce sustainable results: essences of sheer beauty.
Bakic Design accompanied Swiss Premium Cosmetics on the journey of developing the brand, developing the visual codes that uniquely express the brands functional and emotional values. Because the look should be as unique as the products themselves.
The values of purity, effectiveness, high quality, precious, selective and premium translate into a minimalistic and premium code. The pure white base hue combined with the feminine yet simplistic typography of the logo, and the a warm rose gold metallization on some component clearly express elline’ s brand character.
The designed logo for the “elline” brand name translates as “the shining one”, and therefore it became quickly apparent, that the aim was to develop a radiant and shining packaging concept.
The carefully selected exterior packaging by Bakic Packaging, consisting of jars and bottles, has a minimalist and straight design able to carry the shimmering white base color and the metallic rose gold. This outer packaging is intended to showcase “the shining one” and delivers the products promise – “radiantly beautiful skin, thanks to the highest level of care” – to life at the POS.
The warm, golden, shimmering, folding box has a high-class finish, featuring a perfect combination of foil lamination, dual hot-foil embossing and UV matt coating.
But the icing on the cake is the delicately laser-engraved “Treasures of Youth” logo – which lends the range its name – that begins to shine brightly as soon as you open the interior packaging.
The inside is also clad with black velvet, thereby luxuriously cushioning the anti-aging products. The stand-out item in the skincare range, the 24k Lifting Serum, with real, floating, gold crystals, creates an additional effect: lifting the velvet ribbons on the side of the packaging activates an integrated lighting effect that illuminates the inside of the bottle, making the gold flakes sparkle. Thus, your beauty ritual begins the minute you draw it out of the box.
