A family-run business in its second generation, the company was founded by the well known package design entrepreneur Dieter Bakic in 1996. The company has been led by Dominic Bakic since 2010. During this time, the company has progressed from a recognized market specialist for providing distinctive standard packaging with extraordinary designs to that of becoming a holistic package solution provider.
Alongside standard packaging, the company also implements a wide range of customer-specific solutions many of which are manufactured in-house. We listen to our customer’s needs and advise and assist our customers on all matters of packaging design and brand communication. Our design services can also be more comprehensive if the project would benefit from our capacity and aptitude as a creative agency. Our group consists of 120 employees who speak 20 different languages in 9 offices worldwide. We are committed to offering innovative, reliable, and proficient services to our customers. Our focus is the highly efficient and technology-driven development, manufacturing and decoration of plastic packagings and components while offering the highest level of quality, reliability and flexibility – all made in Germany.

With his innovative spirit and penchant for design, Dieter Bakic has not only formed the base for Today’s Bakic Group, but he has also had a formative influence on the international cosmetics packaging industry for more than 30 years.
His work for leading cosmetics brands has led to numerous International awards. Today, he is still filled with the same passion for design and aesthetics, which he now practices in his private life.
