For instance, there is screen printing, hot stamping, metalizing, laser engraving, color coating, embossing and so on. But do you know how glass is produced in the first place? Sand is mixed with lime and soda ash and heated at extremely high temperatures. After the liquid mixture cools back down, the result is the hardened glass substance. Glass can also form naturally when lightning strikes sand, because of the high temperatures. The current methods used to produce glass have mostly remained the same since the Middle Ages.
