Mimosa – Compacts made in Germany
Another step forward!
In our manufacturing facility in Fränkisch-Crumbach we have ramped-up a new Mimosa mold – the Blusher – as well as new fully automatic assembly line! We now offer you fully automatic in-house printing, embossing and assembly for your compacts!
Our latest technical investment ensures that your graphic design is implemented with optimum result, with tampon printing and various hot stamping stations. Lid and base can be separately hot foil printed and after the decoration, the artworks are checked with camera technology, just before they are automatically assembled and quality controlled concerning the opening forces.
We are thrilled by the new system and can’t wait to see what challenging designs and artwork you will bring to us. If you need some inspiration for your brand or a limited edition, our design team will be happy to provide you with support in the creative process!
The Mimosa Color Line is available in the following specification:
- Pressed Powder Compact with mirror: 59 mm
- Pressed Powder Compact with transparent lid: 59 mm
- Blusher Compact with transparent lid: 50 mm
- Bronzing Powder Compact with mirror: 80mm
The following decoration options are available: Hot stamping, Screen printing, UV spraying and Vacuum metallising
