OUR NEW HEADQUARTERS IN MUNICH

The entire team at Bakic is very excited to announce that our Munich headquarters will be moving into a brand-new office!

Our new office is on the third floor of a newly renovated building and has a total of 1,400 square meters plus a 360-degree window facade which gives us an amazing view of the alps! Fun fact: The building was converted and expanded and used to be the former Nymphenburg sparkling wine cellar.

SUSTAINABILITY

Let’s have a closer look on how and why our new office is not just green but also genius. Whether it’s the innovative electricity model through Munich’s largest rooftop solar installation (and in addition, the remaining roof is covered in grass!)  or Munich’s first underfloor waste system: our new office provides the highest construction quality and the lowest passive costs. The combination of photovoltaic, an excellent isolation technology and the usage of many recycled construction materials help us to reduce our overall C02 footprint and has a positive contribution to our environment! And the fact that it’s extremely stylish is just the icing on the cake. The green building with LEED platinum certification has already received the Exporo Award, the Best Workspaces Award from Cellway Publishing and was recognized by the world-renowned star architect Hadi Teherani.
