Cosmoprof 2025 has been extremely interesting and insightful. We have all experienced a shift in the cosmetic sector and know that the industry is constantly evolving. The cosmetics industry is experiencing significant transformations driven by technological advancements, evolving consumer preferences, and regulatory developments. These changes make it sometimes hard to keep up with all that is happening in the industry. Here are some of the key insights we have gained from those three days at the fair:

INSTAGRAMMABILITY

Instagram has had a massive impact on social media, shaping how people interact with each other, consume content, and even perceive themselves and others. It also became a hub for viral challenges, aesthetic trends, and memes that quickly spread across other platforms. Instagram has made influencers a dominant force in marketing – brands now allocate significant budgets to influencer partnerships rather than traditional advertising. This shift has changed how people trust and consume advertising, peer recommendations and lifestyle branding plays an important role nowadays. A large majority of social media users have stated that they are very likely to make a purchase after seeing their favorite influencer using it – this creates an immediate feeling of trust, loyalty and companionship.
